THE EXPERIENCE

The Immersive Nutcracker is an all-new behind-the-curtain experience. The project celebrates the most iconic symbol of Christmas and Tchaikovsky’s timeless classic utilizing best-in-class immersive design and technology. Visitors will get a unique opportunity to find themselves inside the fairytale accompanied by the music of Nutcracker, engaging with innovative, awe-inspiring, and magical environments and installations in this unforgettable journey.

Not at all! You will find yourself in a cozy Holiday fairytale. From the mysteries of Drosselmeyer’s chest to the Tannenbaums’ Grand ballroom, from glittering humongous and magical Christmas tree to the magnificent Kingdom of Sweets - the experience will celebrate the beloved Holiday tradition, spread the cheer, and reveal the beauty of storytelling.

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled start time. This is to ensure you have enough time to check-in before entering the experience. Unfortunately, late seating is not allowed at this time.

The Nutcracker Immersive experience is 45 minutes long, full of thrilling surprises!

The Immersive Nutcracker is a social experience. Up to 12 ticketed guests may enter at a time.
We kindly ask that you maintain a safe distance between our team members and other guests throughout the experience.

All guests must be at least 6 years old. Guests under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please wear comfortable clothes, suitable for being in public. Don't forget to take plenty of pictures. Pictures are always nicer when dressed up.

We can't guarantee access to late comers.

Guests are welcome to bring their cameras to take pictures. However, we do not allow professional equipment such as tripods, lighting.

Yes, you'll be able to choose memorable souvenirs for purchase upon exiting the experience. There will be several photo ops as well.

It is a pop-up with a limited run time of 5 weeks only.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the experience.

Yes, but you would need to walk from space to space. It is not a long walk.

Unfortunately, strollers are not allowed inside the experience.

Please give three days' notice for rescheduling requests, subject to availability. A fee may be required to change the date/time of your tickets.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. The terms and conditions are agreed to by you before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

No, we are able to scan tickets from your phone.
